Implant Dentistry is a specialized field that focuses on the replacement of missing teeth using dental implants. Dr. Vinci, renowned for his expertise in Pediatric Dentistry, brings his skill and precision to the realm of Implant Dentistry, providing exceptional care to patients seeking permanent tooth replacement options.
At Armour DentalCare, we understand the impact that missing teeth can have on your smile, oral health, and self-confidence. Dental implants are an innovative and highly successful solution for replacing missing teeth, as they provide a strong and durable foundation for artificial teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth.
Dr. Vinci and our skilled team are committed to delivering outstanding results in Implant Dentistry. With their extensive experience and expertise, they can assess your unique dental needs and develop personalized treatment plans to restore your smile and oral function effectively.
The dental implant procedure involves the surgical placement of small titanium posts into the jawbone, which act as artificial tooth roots. These implants fuse with the bone through a process called osseointegration, creating a stable and secure foundation for the replacement teeth.
Once the implants have integrated with the bone, custom-made dental crowns, bridges, or dentures are attached to the implants, providing a natural-looking and functional set of teeth. The result is a beautiful, healthy smile that can last a lifetime with proper care.
At Armour DentalCare, we prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout the implant process. We utilize state-of-the-art technology and adhere to stringent sterilization protocols to ensure the highest standards of care.

Procedures and Effects
The standard dental implant involves a three-stage procedure.
- In the first stage a titanium post is surgically implanted in the jawbone.
- After a healing period, the implant is exposed by surgically removing some of the overlying gum. During this second stage, the surgeon will determine the implant's successful integration and connect a post. The post creates an attachment point for the prosthetic tooth or teeth.
- The third and final procedure includes the fabrication and connecting of the prosthetic tooth to the post, resulting in a new smile.
Confidence in Your Smile
Dental implants are a great way to create an attractive smile, and offer functional benefits as well. These include restoration of normal chewing, speech and digestion. Together, these benefits can help restore confidence in your smile for years to come.
Implants also provide excellent support and stability for a bridge or denture (partial or complete) making your device more comfortable and secure.
As with natural teeth, dental implants experience wear. Proper care and cleaning is necessary to guarantee the best experience with your dental implants. Your implants may also require occasional re-tightening or replacement.
